No, we rent to you on a month-to-month basis.

No – we do not charge you an admin fee like most other storage facility businesses.

Are these storage units secure?

Yes, we have a locked gate that tenants access with a code.

The gate locks at 9 p.m.

What size unit do I need?

5 x 10 is equivalent to a large shed.  It will hold items from a small apartment or the contents of a large bedroom or office.  

10 x 10 is about the size of half of a garage and will store the contents of a one-bedroom home or two-bedroom apartment.

10 x 20 is equivalent to a small garage and will hold contents for a mid-size house.

10 x 25 can most likely store a furnished three-bedroom home, a boat, or commercial storage.
